What should I request for a CE claim?

For an EU refrigeration purchase, send the intended model and electrical configuration. We can check it against our UDEM attestation for listed fridge models and provide the available supporting documents. The manufacturer’s EU Declaration of Conformity and technical file serve different purposes from a third-party attestation; the buyer should receive the documents applicable to the ordered product.

If the equipment is electrical or uses refrigeration, include the voltage, refrigerant and configuration in the document check. We will identify which documents apply to the quoted version.

How does the distributor-held NSF certification work?

We supply specified equipment to a distributor who holds certification on that product. The certificate names the distributor as holder, while the listing identifies the covered equipment. We do not describe this as an NSF certificate held by Zibo Cook.

Before a purchase that depends on NSF, check the certifying body’s current listing, standard and model against the proposed item. A similar photograph, family name or supplier statement is not enough. The NSF listing search is linked below.

Will it pass local health inspection or customs?

That depends on the destination, intended use, installation and local authority. Ask your importer, broker or project designer for the exact checklist. We can provide the product documents we hold for the selected model and identify gaps before the order is finalized.

A typical commercial document pack may include the invoice, packing list and transport paperwork. Product compliance, food-contact, origin and energy documents vary by country and equipment. Do not treat a general article as a country-specific import ruling.

How can I verify the supplier and product?

Match the company and product identity across the quotation, drawings, inspection records and certificates. Ask for the actual manufacturing and inspection route for the item. A video tour or factory photograph can support a review, but it does not replace model-level documents.
