How long will production take?
For a standard Zibo Cook order, our published production reference is 3–5 days; the sample reference is three days. A custom build or a larger order needs a schedule against its drawing, quantity and material. The production clock and the start condition belong in the quotation, so a buyer can distinguish a factory date from an arrival date.
Ask for four milestones: specification approval, production completion, ready-to-ship date and estimated arrival. International freight and import processing are outside the factory production period.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our published minimum is one unit, including a prototype or sample. A buyer can therefore test one configuration before a larger order. The unit price and freight still depend on the exact product, dimensions, electrical specification and packing; one-unit availability does not mean one unit has the same cost per piece as a container order.
One unit may be useful for a sample or trial, but its shipping cost can be disproportionate to the equipment price. If you have a consolidation warehouse in China, include its city so we can compare that route with a separate international shipment.
Can I mix models in one order?
A mixed order can be discussed, but each line must have its own dimensions, material, quantity and packing requirement. We check whether the products can share a production schedule and shipping plan. One combined container does not make every line item eligible for the same price or MOQ.
What should I send to get a reliable date?
Send the product links or drawings, quantities, required material and finish, destination, requested trade term and your required handover date. We will return a versioned specification and a staged schedule so a change to the drawing or quantity does not silently change the promise.
