Discuss the full order and the next shipment separately

Tell us which products and quantities you want to purchase, then identify what needs to leave in the next shipment. If some purchased goods are to remain with us, stock preparation, holding conditions and release instructions need to be agreed for your order.

A recent mixed-order example

A customer purchased more than 200 cubic metres of products by the order-planning figures and selected an estimated 130 cubic metres for a two-container shipment. The remaining purchased goods were kept with us awaiting later dispatch instructions. These are approximate figures reported for this order, not a standard container-capacity guide.

Checking packing volume changed the selected load

The tray racks took less shipping-package space than had been allowed for. The packing measurements and selected load should have been reconciled earlier. With only an afternoon available for loading, we contacted the buyer and obtained approval to add model 398 chest freezers and stainless steel worktables. The customer was pleased with the filled containers and paid the balance soon afterwards.

Stock preparation for later dispatch

At the time of this shipment, the customer still had approximately 100 cubic metres of purchased goods with us for later shipping instructions, according to the order account. For your order, discuss the products, stock quantities, holding period, payment arrangements, storage conditions and shipment sequence before confirming the plan.
