Specify Materials by Component
A single material name is not enough to define a custom table. Confirm the grade and thickness of the tabletop, frame, undershelf, drawers or cabinet in the approved specification. Keep the existing size ranges below as starting points; the quotation and drawing define the final configuration.
- State overall L × D × H, units and drawing revision.
- Specify backsplash height and sides, feet or castors, and sink or storage arrangement.
- State equipment or storage loads and any required supporting structure.
- Request a dimensioned drawing and the material or inspection documents needed for acceptance.
Custom Sizing
Length, width, and height are all made to order — we work from your kitchen floor plan or existing space measurements so the table fits exactly where it needs to go, including multi-unit runs for central kitchens.
Materials & Specifications
304 or 201 stainless steel options are quoted according to the application. Specify the material grade and thickness separately for the top, frame and undershelf; food-contact suitability and cleaning conditions must be considered when selecting materials. Options include splash guards, adjustable feet and casters for mobile units.

Our Work Table Product Range
Zibo Cook offers a comprehensive range of stainless steel work tables designed for different commercial kitchen applications. Our work table with sink combines food preparation space with integrated washing stations, available in single, double, or triple bowl configurations. The work table with drawers provides organized storage for utensils and tools, with options for 2 to 4 drawers. The work table with shelf offers open storage underneath for pots, pans, and ingredients.

Customization and Sizing
Every work table we manufacture is built to your specifications. Standard table depths range from 24 to 36 inches, with lengths from 48 to 120 inches or longer. Table height is typically 34 to 36 inches but can be adjusted to suit your staff’s comfort. We can accommodate virtually any size requirement within our manufacturing capabilities.
In addition to size customization, we offer various options for table tops including flat tops, raised edges, and cutting board inserts. Backsplash options include standard 4-inch backsplash, full-height backsplash, or no backsplash. Undershelf options include flat shelves, angled shelves, and reinforced shelves for heavy loads.
Quality and Durability
For the 304 construction described here, the top has a minimum thickness of 1.2mm. This does not mean every quoted configuration is all-304: confirm the top, frame and storage-component grades in the quotation. The frame is made from stainless steel square tubing with a minimum 1.2mm wall thickness. Adjustable bullet feet allow for leveling on uneven floors. All welds are ground smooth and edges are deburred for safety. The #4 brushed finish provides good scratch resistance and is easy to clean.
