Stainless Steel Work Table with Sink
Zibo Cook manufactures custom stainless steel work tables with integrated sink bowls — combining food preparation space and a washing station into a single unit. Available in single, double, or triple bowl configurations with optional cabinet storage underneath, these tables are built for maximum efficiency in commercial kitchens where floor space and workflow both matter.
Configuration choices: 304 or 201 stainless steel, bowl count and position, worktop dimensions, cupboard or open storage, feet or castors. Send the quantity and delivery destination with your measurements; the quotation confirms the proposed materials, construction, production schedule and shipping scope.
Plan the unit before requesting a price
Specify the table footprint and the bowl separately
A table's outside dimensions do not tell you the usable size of its sink bowl. Send both sets of measurements, the bowl position and the quantity so the quotation can describe the unit you intend to buy.
1. Space for the complete unit
Give overall length × depth × working height in mm. Mark the wall side, splashback and any pipe clearances. For a replacement, include a simple plan or photograph with the measurements written on it.
2. Bowl and work surface
Give the number of bowls and each bowl's inside length × width × depth. State left, centre or right position as viewed from the operator's side, and identify the preparation or draining space you need.
3. Base and fittings
Choose an open undershelf or enclosed cupboard, feet or castors, and the faucet arrangement. State the material and thickness you require by component; the quotation should identify the proposed construction.
Buying several product types?
Keep this table as a separate line in your product list, with its configuration and quantity. Then identify which lines are needed in the next shipment. Our mixed wholesale and split-shipment example shows the information to prepare for an order containing different products.
Send table dimensions and quantityInclude: overall size · bowl size and position · base · quantity · destination. A reference image starts the discussion; confirm the quoted drawing and packing before shipment planning.

Bowl Configurations: Which One Fits Your Workflow?
The sink configuration you choose should follow your washing volume, not the other way around:
- Single bowl — compact prep stations, bar wash areas, and coffee or bakery counters where washing is occasional. Leaves maximum work surface on the table.
- Double bowl — the most common choice for restaurant back-of-house: one bowl for washing, one for rinsing or sanitizing. Supports two-person operation without collision.
- Triple bowl — wash-rinse-sanitize compliance setups for high-volume kitchens and food processing lines that follow a three-compartment routine.
Bowl position (left, center, or right) and depth are customized to match your layout — for example, a right-mounted bowl keeps the work surface between the cook and the dishwasher. A drainboard on either side adds a sloped drying area that channels water back into the bowl.
Construction and Durability
Choose the required steel grade by component. The page lists 304 and 201 options; the quotation should identify the worktop, bowl and frame materials rather than treating every unit as the same construction. See 201 vs 304 stainless steel when preparing your material request.
The sink bowls are fully welded with smooth, sanitary joints — no crevices for bacteria to accumulate, which is what health inspectors look for. Sound-deadening pads on the bowl exterior cut down the noise of pans hitting steel during service. All edges are deburred and finished smooth, and adjustable bullet feet keep the table level on uneven kitchen floors.
Customization Options
Because every unit is built to order in our own factory, customization is configuration rather than exception:
- Dimensions — depth, length, and height matched to your kitchen layout, including scenario-based configurations
- Backsplash — three-sided, with custom height for wall protection
- Storage — hinged cabinet doors, drawers for utensils and smallwares, or open undershelf for pans
- Cutouts — pre-drilled or cut for faucets, soap dispensers, and hand-wash accessories
- Mobility — locking casters in place of bullet feet when the station needs to move for cleaning
Non-standard requirements — odd angles, pipe clearances, combined units — are routine for our fabrication team. See custom stainless steel fabrication for what is possible, or the work table structure guide for how tops, frames, and reinforcement choices affect load capacity.
Applications
Work tables with integrated sinks earn their floor space in tight kitchens: restaurant prep stations that double as wash-down points, bar and beverage stations, catering kitchens, food trucks, and food processing lines that need a dedicated hand-wash or utensil-wash point inside the work zone. Combining prep and wash in one footprint is often what makes an efficient layout possible in a small kitchen.
Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes are available?
Standard depths range from 24 to 36 inches, with lengths from 36 to 120 inches — and because every unit is built to order, non-standard dimensions are quoted the same way as standard ones.
Can I choose the bowl position?
Yes. The bowl can be mounted left, center, or right, and bowl depth is adjusted to your washing tasks. Drainboards can be added on either side.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1 unit. Whether you need a single station for a café or a full production run for a chain rollout, both are workable — we build to order rather than selling from a fixed catalog.
How long does production take?
Send your configuration, quantity and required dispatch date. We will confirm the production schedule with your quotation after reviewing the drawings; transit is quoted separately. See order and lead times.
Are your tables certified?
Identify the product and documentation your buyer or project requires, including any CE or NSF requirement. Ask for documents covering the proposed product and supplier with the quotation; the configuration and documentation need to be matched before ordering.
Do you ship to the USA, and who handles customs?
Include your US delivery city or port, quantity and preferred shipping arrangement. The quotation should state the delivery scope and responsibility for customs, duties and taxes. See packaging and shipping when preparing your request.
Can I see examples of similar projects?
Yes — our case studies document real orders, including custom builds and how issues were resolved with evidence rather than opinion.
